We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Shipped From Hong Kong & must marked "gift" . Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package. If it charges Customs taxes or Customs clearance fee, we will share the Customs duties and taxes(we will pay half of it).

After we received payment, we will send out the item within 2-3 business work Days, if pay by Echeque payment must be cleared before we would send out within 2-3 business days.

Online Sales Exchange/Return Policy:

All sales are final. Exchanges on products within SEVEN days of delivery date are allowed if there is a manufacturer's defect. There is no refund for products ordered online. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped, please contact Customer Support immediately.

In-Store Sales Exchange/Return Policy:

All sales are final - please bring your merchandise and printed receipt into the store within SEVEN days of purchase if you have a defective product. If a defect is identified(send us a photo please), we will offer an exchange for the same item or store credit (if that original product is out of stock).

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Quality problem can be defined as obvious quality defects, not following the customization requirement of customer and size deviation from the original size criteria as well as required measurements.

Color aberration is existed due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition. The quality problem is not included with color aberration. Quality problem shall refer to product blemish such as holes or serious discolored and craze on the product. The problems related to material differentia from the buyer’s imagination or when buyer using the product but not beautiful enough and the color is not fit etc which we will not regard them as the quality problem.

In case the serious damage or obvious color differentia that you made on the order when have the product received. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will arrange your request for exchange or refund. Please make sure the product is unused and send it back to us within 7 days after you receiving it.
